Erling Haaland is set for a spell on the sidelines after sustaining an ankle injury in Manchester City’s FA quarter-final win over Bournemouth, with the full extent of the injury still unclear.
The Norway international went down awkwardly under a tackle from Lewis Cook shortly after scoring City’s equaliser. He received treatment and attempted to play on, but quickly signaled to the bench that he could not continue and was replaced by Omar Marmoush.
