Unai Emery gives frosty Marcus Rashford answer after Aston Villa FA Cup loss
Unai Emery issued a frosty response after being quizzed on Marcus Rashford’s injury following Aston Villa’s disappointing defeat against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup semi-final. The on-loan Manchester United attacker wasn’t involved in the 3-0 loss at Wembley Stadium.
Rashford, who joined Villa on a short-term deal in the January transfer window, had scored in mid-week against Champions League qualification rivals Manchester City. However, he was taken off at half-time during the defeat and wasn’t named in the squad for Saturday’s last-four clash against Palace.
