Toulouse vs Sale Sharks kick-off delayed as paratrooper hangs from roof of stadium
The Champions Cup last-16 clash between Toulouse vs Sale Sharks was delayed until further notice on Sunday afternoon after a paratrooper got stuck on the roof of the Stadium de Toulouse. Three parachuters were set to land on the pitch ahead of kick-off before disaster struck.
The chute of the final parachute snared up into the roof of the stadium and became attached to the building, leaving the military parachuter attached above a stand packed full of local supporters.
