PGA Tour winner owned £7.2m mansion which includes saltwater pool and five-car garage

The former mansion of ex-PGA Tour golfer Rocco Mediate has been put up for sale with an eye-watering price tag of £7.2million. The 62-year-old is best known for his runner-up finish at the US Open in 2008, where he lost in a playoff at the hands of Tiger Woods. He boasts six PGA Tour titles and won the Senior PGA Championship in 2016, one of the five senior majors.
Mediate has earned over £12.4m throughout his career, which has allowed him to reside in some luxurious places. He previously lived in an extravagant mansion in Naples, Florida which includes a five-car garage, saltwater pool and a championship golf course adjacent to it. The property has been listed for sale by Jay Westerlund of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Bonita Springs.
