Oxford United boss Gary Rowett on transfer ‘embargo’
GARY Rowett says Oxford United’s players and staff are unaffected after delayed documents saw the club placed under a transfer embargo.
The U’s said in a statement on Friday night that routine documents were delayed and ‘therefore were not submitted to the EFL as per the timeframes stipulated in their regulations’.
