Oxford United boss Gary Rowett on progress since appointment
GARY Rowett acknowledged there can still be a huge gap between Oxford United and the elite Sky Bet Championship teams, but is proud of the progress made since his appointment as head coach.
Rowett replaced the sacked Des Buckingham in December, with his arrival coming too late for the trip to Leeds United, which the U’s lost 4-0.
