Mohamed Salah signs Liverpool contract extension and sends clear message to fans
Mohamed Salah has extended his Liverpool contract following months of speculation surrounding the Egyptian international. Salah, who has 54 goals and assists to his name already this season, revealed he’s opted to stick around so that he and Liverpool can win more “big trophies together”.
Liverpool’s talisman had been free to sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs outside of England from January onwards, with talk of the 32-year-old attracting interest from Saudi Arabia.
