Ruben Amorim has three players pushing to return after injury woes
Manchester United welcome Kobbie Mainoo back from injury for their Europa League quarter-final first leg against Lyon tonight as Ruben Amorim has named the midfielder to the bench.
Mainoo has been sidelined for two months with a calf injury and this week week returned to training ahead of the trip to France. Should he play tonight, it would be his first appearance since February.
Amorim continued: “Matthijs has a problem with his foot. We are trying to assess. We don’t have the data on when he can return. Toby [Collyer] has a small issue in his leg.”
