Haaland helped Man City come from behind to beat Bournemouth in their FA Cup quarter-final showdown last week, but his afternoon came to an end earlier than he would have liked as his left foot was caught under the challenge of Lewis Cook as the pair battled for the ball.
Haaland was seen leaving the Vitality Stadium with the aid of crutches and a protective boot and he underwent tests on Monday.
