Liverpool are confident both Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk will sign new contracts, with the club closing in on agreements for the star pair.
Talisman Salah and captain Van Dijk are both out of contract at the end of the season along with Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is expected to join Real Madrid on a free transfer.
Lengthy contract talks with Salah have also involved contract length, while The Times reports that the Egyptian – who has provided 32 goals and 22 assists this season – would not be seeing his salary reduced.
