Lewis Hamilton leaves F1 pundit ‘disappointed’ before Bahrain GP – ‘I expected more’

Lewis Hamilton has ‘disappointed’ Formula One pundit Johnny Herbert by failing to dominate at Ferrari. The seven-time world champion has endured a difficult start to life alongside Charles Leclerc.

Hamilton won the sprint race in China but has largely been outperformed by Leclerc. The 40-year-old, who was disqualified from the subsequent Chinese Grand Prix, has finished behind Leclerc in each race so far this year. Herbert has been left ‘disappointed’ by Hamilton’s failure so far to fight with Leclerc.
