BEN Nelson admits it was ‘touch and go’ as to whether he would play again for Oxford United following the quad injury he suffered in November.
Initial forecasts suggested an up to four-month absence, but then with the time needed to get back up to speed for Sky Bet Championship football, it would’ve been close as to whether he would be available for the season run-in.
