There are some very intriguing names on the qualifying list for the US Open this summer, with Happy Gilmore, Tony Romo and Aaron Hicks among the hopefuls.
Romo, the former Dallas Cowboys quarterback turned golf enthusiast, has already proven his prowess on the course by winning the American Century Championship on three occasions. He’s no stranger to high-level competition, having previously teed off against pros like Scottie Scheffler and Wyndham Clark.
