Explained: How Liverpool can win Premier League title on Sunday and why Arsenal are still alive in the race

We take a look at how Liverpool and Arsenal can still win the Premier League title. However, the chances of Arsenal winning the Premier League trophy is almost next to impossible.

Liverpool are one step away from winning the Premier League title after Arsenal faltered against Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
