Chelsea reveal new £128.4m boost due to two major factors
Overall revenue falls but Blues record profit thanks to player sales and “repositioning” of their women’s team
Chelsea have announced a pre-tax profit of £128.4million for the financial year ending June 2024.
The Blues revealed their latest financial results on Monday evening, confirming they had improved significantly on a £90.1m pre-tax loss for the previous year – their first under the ownership of Clearlake Capital and Todd Boehly – having benefited primarily from player sales of £152.5m and the “repositioning” of the club’s women’s team.
