The former England captain replaces the sacked Jon Lewis
World Cup-winning captain Charlotte Edwards has been announced as England’s new head coach, replacing the ousted Jon Lewis.
Edwards, who also won the Ashes five times during her playing career, has enjoyed remarkable success in franchise cricket and has long been mooted as a potential England coach.
