Arsenal injury update: Bukayo Saka, Riccardo Calafiori, Jorginho latest news and return dates

Arsenal would have been fearing the worst when seeing Bukayo Saka requiring treatment on a possible ankle injury during the win over Ipswich.

The winger was given his first Premier League start since returning was injury, and was instrumental in his side going two goals to the good before being sithed down during the 4-0 win. Saka carried on before being withdrawn early in the second half, but the initial prognosis is positive.

There were big concerns on the Arsenal bench on Sunday when Leif Davis scraped his studs down the back of Bukayo Saka’s leg, leaving the Arsenal star in a heap requiring extensive on-pitch treatment and with the Ipswich left-back getting his marching orders.
